The 1020-KB is a versatile model with a small kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchenette has custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, a sink, and a mini-refrigerator. The bathroom has a toilet and an optional shower. The open floor plan can accommodate an eating area with a table and chairs or be transformed into a cozy living space. You can tailor your space to fit your needs with an open floor plan and customizable windows and doors. The 1020-K model includes customizable windows and doors for the front wall (20') and two side walls (10').
As with other bathroom models, a waste disposal system is required on-site. Water supply lines may be connected to external water sources, or the model can be equipped with a holding tank and pump.
All models come prefinished with your choice of siding, floor, wall, and ceiling coverings.

After you check out and pay the required deposit, we will contact you within three business days and invite you to join Buildertrend.com, where we will work directly with you to finalize your selections. You will receive final design renderings for your Sojourn with all your selected options and a production schedule, and your first production payment will be due.
