1010 = 10' wide, 10' long, 10' tall

812 = 8' wide, 12' long, 10' tall

88 = 8' wide, 8' long, 10' tall

MODEL DESCRIPTIONS:

"O" = Open floor plan, no interior partitions or other amenities.

"K" = Kitchen includes plumbing rough-in, cabinetry, and appliances.

"B" = Bathroom includes plumbing rough-in, cabinetry, and bath or shower fixtures.

"KB" = Kitchen and bathroom.

"D" = Duplex with interior dividing partition.

"U" = Unfinished units with structure, doors, windows, and roofing only. No subfloor, ceiling, and wall coverings, or other finishes.

Choose the options you would like to include in your quote. This price will not be final, but it is expected to be within 5% of your final cost.

Some of the combined options might require additional customization, and your preferences may vary based on aesthetic or other criteria. However, rest assured that you will receive detailed information and a model rendering of your unit before finalizing any order.

After you have verified your options online, you can proceed to check out. At this stage, a $1,000 design deposit is due, which is a part of the total cost. This is not the final step in ordering, so don't worry if you want to make changes.

After you check out and pay the required deposit, we will contact you within three business days and invite you to join Buildertrend.com, where we will work directly with you to finalize your selections. You will receive final design renderings for your Sojourn with all your selected options and a production schedule, and your first production payment will be due.
